Refund policy

Cancellations: Tactical Edge pre-orders all materials for future orders. If you need to cancel your order, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. 

Returns:
Tactical Edge offers a satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the knife within 5 days of receipt of order. The knife should be in the same condition it was received by the customer. Customer will be responsible for payment of shipping in this instance, along with a 20% restocking fee. There are no returns accepted on any custom made knives, including custom modifications. 

Warranty:
Tactical Edge provides a one year warranty against workmanship and materials. Our guarantee does not, however, cover any damage caused as a result of misuse, abuse, or negligence.
